Christopher Brothers Surveying Tradition

Our Office
Upon receiving his Georgia Land Surveyors License on June 8, 1972, John R. Christopher started Christopher Brothers Land Surveyors along with his twin brother, Frank M. Christopher. Prior to that time, their surveying experience had been working with their Grandfather, T.Y. Mattox, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor #10, who served as the elected Coweta County Surveyor during his time. Following in his Grandfathers footsteps, John ran and was elected Coweta County Surveyor on January 1, 1985 and held that position until 2012. Keeping the family tradition going is John’s and Frank’s nephew Chris W. Robertson. Chris received his Georgia Registered Land Surveyors License in 2009 and was elected Coweta County Surveyor in 2012 and presently holds that office. He plans to carry on the family tradition that his Uncles and Great grandfather started many years ago.
Christopher Brothers is proud to have had four former employees become Georgia Registered Land Surveyors, with their own successful businesses. Christopher Brothers takes great pride in their tradition of Surveyors. Christopher Brothers is the longest operating surveying firm in Coweta County and has been a trusted source in the community for Land Surveying, Land Planning and Consulting services for 42 years.
